After completing his undergraduate studies in education and social studies at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Kevin Moran began his career in education in 1989, devoting nearly 10 years to his work as a secondary classroom teacher. In 1998, after completing his Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision, Mr. Moran earned his first position in educational administration, as Assistant Principal of Stephen F. Austin High School. In this role, he formulated strategies to improve standardized test scores, revised student curricular and activity scheduling, developed a tutorial program for students at risk, and streamlined the school’s official budget.
Kevin Moran possesses demonstrated ability in curriculum development, leadership education, and relationship management. He is a member of several national and state-based professional organizations for school administrators, including the National Association of Secondary School Principals, the Texas Association of School Business Officials, and the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals.
