A valuable asset to Modify Law Center and its clients, Kevin Rasher became its Senior Mitigation Attorney in 2003, and he continues to help struggling homeowners achieve manageable loan payments through loan modification. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development provides homeowners the chance to permanently change one or more of the terms of a mortgager’s loan, allowing that loan to be reinstated.
Dedicated to his work, Kevin Rasher assists clients in navigating the process of loan modification with expert legal advising. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Kevin Rasher was awarded his Master’s degree in Law in 1995.
