Kevin Costello - Professional Summary:    

 I am a diversified business manager with over 22 years professional experience, specializing in call center leadership, process improvement and work flow analysis in the Payroll and Insurance industries. I have proven experience in building successful enterprise support teams and organizations. The smallest group I managed was 19 Software support associates to a Call Center with 120 associates. With the 120 associate's team, I had seven direct reports. My analysis and process improvement skills related to financial and payroll programs have lead to the success of many support teams. Over the past four years I have been able to improvements with a process for a simple macro to save 33 repetitious key strokes which resulted in six additional payrolls key per payroll associate. A more complex process was the development of a Technical Support schedule, which allowed the region to reduce the non-productive CSR time searching for assistance. My experience has been related to call center operations, payroll service, annuity, mutual fund and life insurance.

In my current position I have made several advances in the level of support provided to our customers. Streamlined processes, improved processes and workflow changes have saved my company not only time but also money. Most recently with our Del Val region, my analysis help the region obtain Hub of the Year this past year.

Focused, self motivated and a positive outlook are just three adjectives to describe my work ethic. I believe a job well done is a job worth doing. I've learned to provide directions and focus team to always strive to do their best. I have a strong desire to exceed customer's expectations, while keeping our associates satisfied with growth potential within the departments I have run. I think my overall Leadership qualities have helped me to be success in everything I undertake.
