Kenneth Bornstein - Professional Summary:    For almost two decades, attorney Kenneth Bornstein has been handling cases of personal injury through his work with the law firm Bornstein & Emanuel, P.C. Kenneth Bornstein is dedicated to taking on challenging cases and represents a wide range of claims including traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, dog bites, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, premises and product liability, and worksite and vehicle accidents.

Mr. Bornstein spends much of his time contributing to the broader community of New York City, the place of his birth and education. Born and raised in Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach area, he went on to be educated at Queens-based St. John’s University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor. Following his graduation, Kenneth Bornstein began working with the Legal Aid Society in Queens. He established the Garden-City-based Bornstein & Emanuel in 1992, and lives in Long Island with his wife and sons.

Mr. Bornstein’s community involvement is multifaceted. He maintains professional membership in the Jewish Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Nassau Lawyers Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. As an affiliate of the Nassau County Bar Association, Kenneth Bornstein takes part in its Student Mentoring Program and its We Care Fund. He spent 1999 through 2004 as the Director of the Merrick-North Merrick Little League, and served as the second Vice President of the Merrick Lions Club. He currently supports the Purple Heart Pups, an organization that helps veterans with combat injuries obtain service dogs, and the Kiwanis Club of the Peninsula.

Kenneth Bornstein is a fan of a number of sports, including baseball, college basketball, football, horse racing, and golf. He also enjoys travelling, reading, and wine tasting.
