As head of the full-service title insurance firm and settlement provider, Kelly Sleeter is responsible for driving the success of his business. Kelly Sleeter oversees the day-to-day operations at Southern Central Title and helps set best practices and a corporate culture of excellence. In 2005, Kelly Sleeter's work was recognized with a performance achievement distinction, marking his company as the fastest growing LandAmerica Financial Group agent in Virginia. Prior to his role at Southern Central Title, Kelly Sleeter served as a Real Estate Consultant for Qwest Wireless. In his capacity, Kelly Sleeter liaised with both engineering and construction personnel to design and build a state-of-the-art wireless network in the Midwest. Kelly Sleeter expertly secured leasing rights and zoning permits for cell phone towers across rural and urban areas. An example of his professionalism, Mr. Kelly Sleeter was the first real estate consultant to navigate harsh zoning laws in Anoka County and ensure project completion. Kelly Sleeter used his creativity and knowledge of the law to help bring about a successful result for his employer. Before his work with Qwest, Mr. Kelly Sleeter provided expert tax services at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he specialized in converting S Corps to "C Corps.
