Keern Haslem - Professional Summary: I enjoyed success in my teen years and as an amateur then elected to turn professional at the age of 22. I pursued a career as a PGA Professional but realized the benefits of Hogan's Angle and opted to educate myself in that manner instead. I took a seven year hiatus from competing to fulfill what would amount to a masters program in Hogan's Angle. I taught myself the game left-handed, released my original thesis and published "Hogan's Angle; From Integration to Exaltation." This process was meant to ingrain Hogan's Angle into my game and review the learning process. So that I could become the best teacher I could be. What I feel is the biggest step and the one stumbling block which I had to get over before going public was putting 'on angle.' Ben Hogan struggled summarily with the putter. I couldn't in good conscience teach a method which would cause that strife. So, I did what Hogan could not. I learned to apply Hogan's Angle to putting. So now, not only can I state with absolute certainty that I am the single most altruistic Hogan desciple, I'm also a step above Hogan himself, in terms of know how.
Keern Haslem - Professional Experience: My teaching experience dates back to 2000, although I kept quiet for some time to establish the absolute best understanding possible. I have ten years experience working all aspects of golf and the accolades of students from around the world who have benefitted from Hogan's Angle.
Keern Haslem - Education: Ben Hogan's Five Lessons; The Modern Fundamentals of Golf (my handbook). 15 years of active pursuit, trial and error. Tens of thousands of practice balls. Right and left-handed practice and play. To paraphrase Ben Hogan, "I dug it out of the dirt."
Keern Haslem - Interests: Aside from golf I study theoretical physics, the humanities and theology. If I'm not fly fishing or spending time with my family or friends I'm taking adventures with my two young children, Valon and Isis.
