About Kazenga LuaLua


Kazenga LuaLua, born on December 10, 1990 in Kinshasa, is a right winger from the Democratic Republic of Congo. His sibling, Lomana LuaLua, has already played in the Premier League for the Newcastle United F.C. and the Portsmouth F.C. Kazenga LuaLua graduated from the youth ranks of Newcastle United, an English football club. He was a part of the reserve team, and when he was 15 years old, he made his debut in September 2006 against Manchester City.


In the 2005-06 season, Kazenga LuaLua was a part of the club’s youth team in the Football Association (FA) Youth Challenge Cup, which reached the semi-finals. In 2007, he was called up to the senior squad of the Magpies for the very first time. He went on to make his first senior appearance for the Magpies on July 17, 2007 in a 3-1 away friendly win over the Hartlepool United F.C.


Kazenga LuaLua made his full debut against the Stoke City F.C. on January 6, 2008 at the FA Cup, a knockout cup competition in English football, as a substitute. Later that month, Kazenga LuaLua marked his Premiership debut at the St. James Park, coming in as a substitute against the Bolton Wanderers F.C. He went on to play as a 79th minute substitute for Newcastle United against the Everton F.C. in the Premier League. As of 2008, he plays in the reserve team of Newcastle United.
