About Katherine Weir
Senior Associate Katherine Weir joined WilmerHale in 2006 and serves clients in the areas of corporate and securities law. Particularly focused on mergers and acquisitions, Katherine Weir represents clients in public securities offerings and venture capital financings and has amassed experience in the life sciences and medical devices industries. Katherine Weir also provides advice on federal securities reporting requirements and corporate governance issues.
