Justin Scott was born in 1984 in Detroit, USA, in present days, however, he resides in Redford, Miami, US. He has been playing poker for about four years and has had a total of nine Tournament cashes. His first serious Tournament participation was on June 19th, 2006, at the Harrah's Lake Tahoe Poker Tournament, where Justin took 5th place and won $72,380. Then again, just a month later, on July 19th, he entered the World Series of Poker, No-Limit Hold’em and came out as the champion, not only adding $842,262 to his bank account, but also earning his first gold bracelet. This big success marks a bright start in the career of the twenty-four year old Justin Scott.

One year later, in November 2007, young Scott participated in the NPL Vegas Open, where he finished 2nd and his prize was $37,714. Some time after that he entered the World Series of Poker No – Limit Hold’em Tournament which took place in April 2008. There Justin finished third with cash amount of $14,068.

Justin was given the nickname ‘Raise the Pot’ Scott by the announcer of the World Series of Poker Tournament. When people ask him about this he answers: “Yes, every pot I played I came with a big raise, usually about four or five times the big blind, rather than my usual three, just to pretty much tell them that if they re-raise me all-in I'm going to call, even if I wasn't going to call.”

Justin usually likes to play loose at the beginning of tournaments, then he tightenss up towards the middle, and near the end Scott is normally semi-loose, but quite aggressive. Of course, the energy in him is still at its rise, due to his age, but he always manages to keep things in hands.

But, as any other young man, Justin likes to go out with friends, visiting some clubs, having drinks - it helps him ho relax he says. So to find all the excitement and adventures he needs, he always catches the plane for Las Vegas whenever he needs to participate in some poker tournament or to just have fun with friends.

From participating in tournaments so far, Justin Scott’s total earnings exceed $1,100,000. At his age, there are plenty of doors open in front of him and with skills like that, we can all expect great things from that young player.
