Justin helped launch executivesontheweb.com in 2001, which is widely recognised as one of the best management job boards available online today.
Justin began his career working for Waddington’s Games, travelling across Europe promoting the table soccer game Subbuteo. As English Champion between 1986 -1992 he became the first person to have their hand insured by the games manufacturer for a staggering £250,000.
This marketing exercise with Waddington’s helped inspire him into commercial success with a nationwide fire Extinguisher company, followed by a successful creative sales position with major publisher Trinity Mirror in 1996.
In 2001, Justin was appointed Business Development Manager with executivesontheweb.com followed by a promotion in 2005 to Operations Director, leading the company into a new meticulous direction with his innovation, strategy, product development and focus on customer service.
