He initiates each new training program by preparing a body composition analysis, a set of measurements, a cardiovascular fitness test, and a target heart rate and then designs an exercise regimen to match the client’s specific goals. During his 10-year career, Justin Dowie has served as personal trainer and health club proprietor, as well as performed as a college athlete and youth sports coach. After studying at Kirkwood Community College, Justin Dowie joined L.A. Fitness in Phoenix, Arizona, where he excelled at hiring and managing staff, designing fitness programs, and working with corporate clients. Justin Dowie established Elite Fitness Training Concepts in 2004, raising the company to a new level of success and nearly doubling revenues. As the club’s owner and Head Personal Trainer, he developed and implemented employee-training programs and designed custom fitness programs for a growing clientele. He established Dowie Fitness Enterprises, LLC, and Snap Fitness in 2007. Certified as a Master Personal Trainer, Justin Dowie also holds certifications as a Nutrition Specialist and an Emergency Medical Technician (EMTB). To give back to his community, Mr. Dowie leads sports activities for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and serves with the local volunteer firefighter academy.
