I am a Business Systems IT trainer with 15 years experience of implementing and supporting various sales strategies via applications on Windows OS.

I cover the complete project life cycle from training needs analysis through planning, implementation and support.

I am extremely customer focused with a detailed and precise approach and I like to see a job through to completion.

My background is primarily with global Pharmaceutical Organisations. My most recent experience is with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals' Global Learning Excellence Centre (LEC), concentrating on creating and deploying e-learning content and administration of the UK LEC domain and its users.

One of my most satisfying successes to date was planning and managing the systems migration of Wyeth's UK LEC content to the new Wyeth Global LEC system supplied by SumTotal Systems.The global project allowed Wyeth to deliver more training, faster, and for less financial outlay.

This learning system was duplicated in the UK with similar successful results.
