Julie Bevacqua completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resources at Simon Fraser University, in British Columbia. She has had a stellar marketing career and the fortune to work with local and global brands, including the Ministry of Municipal Affairs in British Columbia, Spectrum Signal Processing, and Colligo Networks, where she was in charge of the company’s communications efforts. At Colligo, her effective media outreach led several industry media outlets including Forbes Magazine and The New York Times to cover the rebranded company.
In 2002, Julie Bevacqua became Principal with The Marketing Consultancy, where she counseled investment firms, healthcare service providers, manufacturers and retailers in Canada and the United States on strategies for improving their marketing investments. She also worked with technology marketing consulting company Hale! Marketing to develop new advertising strategies for a California digital delivery service provider and led a messaging project for an advanced power products firm.


Currently the Vice President of Global Marketing at CDC Software, Julie Bevacqua leads product marketing, marketing communications, and marketing operations for the international company operating in more than 50 countries with annual revenues of more than $217 million.
