About Julia Andersson
Julia Andersson is a student of nutrition who took an interest in health and nutrition after quitting smoking on May 19, 2008 and gaining a total of 20 kg or 44lb due to the unhealthy habit of snacking to replace a smoking habit.
Julia is studying human nutrition via distance learning with open learning Australia and supplementing her training with online research into diet methods and programs.
Julia has created two health/nutrition/weight loss blogs as a means to share her experiences with others and encourage them to live healthier lifestyles. One is aimed at adults and the other addresses the needs of children to live healthy lifestyles.
