I achieved my Diploma in Life Coaching with Coaching & Mentoring International in 2006. Open College Network accredited my qualification.

 

Just as important as my coaching qualification is my widely varied life experience and my desire to help you to get more of what you want in your life.

 

I offer confidential, friendly, supportive, subtle and intuitive coaching in a totally non-judgemental way. I am covered by professional indemnity insurance.

 

I believe that all my clients have the ability to improve their lives and I certainly get a real sense of fulfillment when I help them to do that.

 

 

What Is Coaching?

 

Coaching is a relationship between the coach and the client within which the coach encourages you to explore your goals and dreams. With the coach's support you can close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. The coach's goal is to help you release your true potential in a totally supportive and non-judgemental way. Each session is focused totally on you and helping you to create the life that you want.

What Is A Session Like?

 

A coaching session can take place over the telephone or face-to-face and usually takes an hour but shorter or longer sessions are available. The session can include the following elements: -

1. Coaching
2. Clarification of your values
3. Brain-storming
4. Exploring plans of action
5. Examining the way you currently live your life
6. Clarifying questions
7. Empowering requests

Sometimes the questions can be gently challenging, but will always be non-directive. You can take the time for deep, reflective thinking knowing that the session is focused totally on you and helping to create the life that you want.

 

The session should be enjoyable and rewarding and you should always feel fully supported by your coach. All clients are individuals and therefore experience success at different rates. It is not unusual to still be getting benefit from the session long after it has finished! Coaching can be thought-provoking and life-changing. 

 

 

Prices

 

Face-To-Face Coaching

 

£50 per hour

 

(Travel costs may be applicable outside the Norwich or Old Buckenham areas)

 

 

Telephone Coaching

 

£40 per hour

 

 

Monthly packages which can include face-to-face or telephone coaching and additional support by telephone, email or text are available tailored to your individual requirements - please enquire!

 

(Concessions available in certain circumstances - if you would benefit from coaching but would struggle to meet the full cost, let's talk!)

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, debit or credit card. (Card payments are via PayPal on the Internet and will be subject to a small administration charge)
