Over the course of his career in health care sales and entrepreneurship, Jose Trespalacios has operated as one of the top executives in the areas of home infusion and specialty pharmacy wholesale, gaining recognition from colleagues and clients alike for his work. Following a six-year period in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Mr. Trespalacios entered the next phase of his professional life as an undergraduate at Miami Dade College. For the next several years, Jose Trespalacios pursued a highly diversified course of study at Miami Dade, earning a series of health care designations in the process, namely Paramedic certification, Registered Nurse licensure, and the CRNI distinction.

In 1992, Jose Trespalacios branched into the market for home infusion pharmaceutical products and services, quickly building a solid reputation in the growing industry. Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Edgewater Home Infusion Services, Inc., he eventually sold the business to Integrated Health Services Inc. (IHS) in 1996, after which he remained with the company in the role of General Manager. Three years later, Jose Trespalacios left IHS to found a new specialty pharmaceutical firm, Seratech Inc., through which he provided wholesale home infusion products to various health care providers in the state of Florida and beyond. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Seratech, Mr. Trespalacios launched Precision Healthcare in 2001, where he served as President. There, he sold specialty pharmaceuticals to hospitals in Ohio and Tennessee and enjoyed annual sales of $9 million. As a result of his companies’ outstanding performance, he brokered the sale of both firms to NASDAQ-listed health care corporations in 2004 and 2005—a further testament to his drive, innovation, and successful approach to business management.

Since 2006, Jose Trespalacios has worked as Vice President at Reliance Wholesale Inc., where he serves as a leading figure in the specialty pharmaceutical and home infusion sectors. Experienced in the areas of business development, sales management, and marketing, Mr. Trespalacios has generated $17 million in annual sales at Reliance Wholesale and positioned the firm to maintain a solid foothold in the wholesale distribution marketplace for home infusion products and services. A longtime member of the National Coalition of Pharmaceutical Distributors, he additionally ensures regulatory compliance at Reliance Wholesale through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy’s Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors program.
