iPhone is delicate just like any other cell phones or iPads. It easily gets damage when mishandled and so, extra care should be taken to avoid using a lot of money buying another one or repairing. Look at the bottom of your iPhone and locate the 2 screws on either side of the USB connector to unscrew both of these.

After that, remove your screen using the razor blade or a scapel, put it between the rubber and the metal then lift the screen. Other people use suction cup instead of razor blade or the scrape; this is by placing it above the home button and pulling the screen gently.

Hold the screen and the phone, look for flaps on you right, you will see label 1 and2 on a bright orange sticker and lift these flaps with your razor blade.

Get the third sticker from the second flap and lift the black clamp, once you are through with this, the iPhone screen will be free from the iPhone.

There are five screws on the side rails, three are on one side while the other two are on the on the other side, all these screws have black tape on them and they are all the same. You can cut them using the tape.

Put the razor blade in between the rail and wedge. This is to separate the LCD screen from the glass. The LCD will slide down towards the home button to clear the top flanges, this is to separate the LCD screen from the metal frame.

Make sure you clean the metal from the broken glass. While on this step, you need to be careful because you can deform the frame.

Now you are just about to put another new screen on your iPhone, make sure you cut the tape correct, be careful while using the glue to avoid applying it on the home button.

Put the LCD screen and the glass back, then the six screws you took before

Also, slide the 3 cables into the clamp, and then put the 2 and 1 cable by pressing them on the connector.

Finally put the screen on your iPhone and enjoy using it
