John Piper - Professional Experience: [ [ I managed and co ordinate 2 offices one in St. Leonards on Sea and one in Bexhill. Controlling all aspects of costs, maintenance, staff levels and advice on Marketing and Health and safety. I carried out first stage interviews for support staff as well as recording and monitoring holidays and sickness. I was also responsible for IT systems and Communication both internal and external and dealt with first line it support,
* I have recently completed the merger of two companies IT and Communication Systems upgrading, networking the second company and connecting them by land line, giving the merged company a 100 MB connection between the two towns. This has allowed us to complete our digital dictation role out across all offices giving us greater flexibility and improved productivity as well allowing us to migrate to one management and accounting system instead of two, resulting in considerable cost savings without any lose of service levels. I was working on the automation and harmonisation of manual procedures and reviewing Health and Safety and Fire risk assessments procedures. I was also updating the training manuals and induction programs to reflect the changes caused by the merger
