Much of John Goldener's success at Goldener Executive Search Associates stems from his own practical experience as the Founder and Head of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line, a part of Pennsylvania's Main Line Hospital network. In this role, John Goldener managed more than 50 employees, including 8 licensed physicians spread across 3 locations. In addition to Main Line Pediatrics, John Goldener served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Main Line's Lankenau Hospital, where he managed a 50-member department and was responsible for all administrative activities of the department.
John Goldener acquired his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. A dedicated student, John Goldener received the Boyden Trust Scholarship for his academic achievements. John Goldener earned his Bachelor's degree from Georgetown College, studying biological science. In 1996, John Goldener returned to college, taking his Master's degree in Medical Management from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
Though he no longer actively practices medicine, John Goldener maintains membership in a number of national and international medical organizations, including the American Society for Clinical Oncology, the European Society for Medical Oncology, the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians, and the American College of Physician Executives.
