John is a great advocate of building a good relationship with each customer. He believes that as he works at so many customers homes, that he has to work extremely hard, not only at developing a good relationship, but also at gaining their trust. He believes that trust is vital.
John believes that too create a good relationship with each customer it takes time, quality of service, affordability and trust. He likes to meet as many customers as he can and give the personal touch.
John has gained considerable experience in fields of grounds maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management after working in Senior Management Positions with several large companies.
John has also gained valuable experience in the UK and Overseas as he has served in specialist positions with the British Army.
