About Joe Gendelman
Joe Gendelman currently serves as an Executive Consultant specializing in credit restoration at the National Credit Federation, where he has worked since 2010. He advises his clients about how to best enhance their credit portfolio while simultaneously helping to facilitate their dreams of owning their own home, vehicles, and/or business. During his time there, Joe Gendelman has benefited hundreds of clients through his dedication to excellence in customer service and his referral network of mortgage and real estate experts. Due to his volume of closed transactions and satisfied client interactions, the Federation awarded Joe Gendelman an internal accolade by welcoming him into the Credit Guru: Winner's Club 2010.
Prior to joining National Credit Federation, Joe Gendelman held roles and gained educational experience that helped him achieve his current position. He worked as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant with Realty Asset Advisors and a local Property Investment Agent at RealNetUSA, both based in Tampa, Florida. Before filling those positions, he founded his own business, Joe Gendelman Trucking, Inc., which he ran from 2004 to 2006. Through his executive capacity as President and owner/operator, he maintained complete financial oversight, set and met sales goals, and optimized revenue streams through creatively leveraging his professional networks. Joe Gendelman actively involved himself in the daily duties of his company that included truck driving, equipment maintenance, and hauling raw materials. His company's major projects included infrastructure development on Florida Interstate 4 and US Route 19, construction on Race Track Road and MacDill Air Force Base as well as work on the Tampa Bay Center.
Joe Gendelman earned a Bachelor degree in Business/Finance and specialized in entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he gained experience that built a strong foundation for success with his endeavors in day to day leadership and executive operations.
