Jim Pechac is a professional poker player, born in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a regular on the tournament scene and had reached many final tables. Throughout his tournament experience, Jim Pechac had finished first seven times. His lifetime winnings reach more than $640,000.

His first step into the poker world was back in 2000, at the Stars and Stripes 2000(Independence Week), where he finished 2nd and earned $2,260. Later, in June 2001, he finished 1st in the Summer Pot of Gold Tournament and won $2,800. It was in 2006, however, when he earned his biggest prize - $72,485 from the Harrahs Rincon poker Tournament – World Series of Poker Circuit Event. At 2008 39th Annual World Series of Poker, Jim Pechac finished in third place, earning $88,065 and that was his last participation so far, but there are going to be more in the future for sure.
