About Jim Cleland
I believe that I am a personable character. I like to get to know and connect with people as best I can by understanding their likes and dislikes as well as their needs and values.
I am a human resource consultant and my company name is Exceed HR Ltd. I provide flexible, effective and practical support to businesses whether they are a small or medium-sized company requiring one-off or ongoing support based in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire or Hertfordshire.
I have 13 years' HR experience spread across the legal, public, fast moving consumer goods, retail, higher education, information technology and charity sectors. I gained a Masters in Business Administration in 2003. My experience allows me to apply my knowledge and skills to a diverse group of clients.
