Jessica Manna - Professional Summary:     As Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Residential Financial Corporation since 2008, Jessica Manna oversees marketing strategies and initiatives including public relations, interactive, telemarketing, and direct mail, as well as brand management and corporate communications at the firm. Ms. Manna launched her career with Intellidyn, where she served as the Vice President of Business Development and as Senior Marketing Consultant. She was responsible for developing long-term marketing strategies for several Fortune 500 clients. 

Over the course of her career, Jessica Manna has garnered numerous accolades. In 2008, she was named as one of the recipients of the Gold Consumer Award for Best Automated Series at MarketingSherpa’s 3rd Annual Email Awards. That same year, Ms. Manna placed second in Direct Marketing News’s “30 Under 30” list of top marketers under age 30. In 2009, Jessica Manna was honored with the Database Marketing Excellence Award for Modeling and Analytics from the National Center for Database Marketing. The following year she received the Achievement in Marketing for Community Relations Award from the Columbus American Marketing Association. 

In 2005, Jessica Manna received her Database Marketing Certificate through the National Center for Database Marketing. In 2008, she completed mortgage sales and leadership training at Dale Vermillion’s Mortgage Champions. That same year, Ms. Manna became a MarketingSherpa Email Marketing Certified Professional. In 2011, Ms. Manna completed her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing at Florida Atlantic University, where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Currently, Jessica Manna is working towards her Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business. 

In her spare time, Jessica Manna enjoys riding horses, scuba diving, snowboarding, and cooking.
