About Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is a young poker player, who comes from Dunwoody, GA, United States who graduated from Dunwoody High and is currently a student at the University of Georgia and began his poker career in March 2006, when he participated in the Grand Final Event – EPT/Pokerstars Season 2.

The interesting thing about Jeff is that his first professional game was a huge success. He participated in the Grand Final Event – EPT/Pokerstars Season 2 in 2006 and finished 1st, earning $1,179,558. Not bad for a beginner, right?

He later played in some other tournaments, including the Event#5 from the 39th World Series of Poker where he finished 2nd and picked up a prize of $406,330. So far Jeff Williams does not have many appearances at tournaments, but the ones he has are more than successful.

For only two years in the poker world the boy, who loves to play Texas Hold’em, earned more than $1,500,000 and this is just the beginning for him. We expect to see a lot from Jeff Williams in the next following years.
