Jeff Gleckman

Mr. Jeff Gleckman has chosen the task of innovating a mixture of drugs that worked on his wife. The mixture (not FDA approved as mixed) for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, often referred to by its acronym, ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease. Specifically, he has discovered a combination of drugs that halted the flow of mucus which is excessive in  some people with the disease, often making it difficult for them to breathe. With the aim of educating the public and telling his story to hep others,  Jeff Gleckman publicizes it often and, in fact, did so on an at least one Internet talk radio program, The London Garcia Show.
 His awards are numerous incluing, receiving the Metal and Certificate of Valor for saving the life of another, He received in business,  the U.S. Small Business Administration Exporter of the Year award. 

In Loving Memory of his wife Diane, he continues to help spread the word and making people aware of ALS. His goal now is to continue to invent, or assist in new ideas for those people effected with ALS  He came up with not only the mixtire of drugs,to slow or stop the mucous from coming up and choking those who are effected this way. He then came up with the idea of sucking up 6oz. of Mint Mouth Wash into the suction machine. freshing the room and the container which hold the body fluid. Mr. Gleckman also, came up with the suggestion for those that are alone or lonely or maybe dispressed and set up Skype or any other program to talk to his friends and family. It was also his suggestion for those what no longer can bend their hands to put water up to their lips, to use a Turkey Baster.
