Jason Younger is an American poker player, who currently resides in Redwood City, California in the United States. He entered into the international poker arena in 2005, when he participated in Event #3 - Pot-Limit Hold’em at the 36th Annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) and earned $5,175. Later that year, he took part in the No-Limit Hold'em event at the Fall Pot of Gold. He outlasted 174 entrants of the event to finish third and walk away with $760.


Jason Younger continued his good form at the Harrah's Lake Tahoe Poker Tournament - WSOP Circuit Event in 2006. In this tournament, he took part in Event #3 – No-Limit Hold’em, which had 243 poker players playing for a total prize pool worth $117,855. With his brilliant poker skills and strategies, Jason Younger entered the final table and played against Mark Edwards, a poke player from Kentfield. His second-place finish earned him $21,450 and recognition in the poker world. His winning streak continued when he entered the World Poker Challenge/World Poker Tour (WPT) Event Season 5 in 2007. He competed in the No-Limit Hold’em event and outlasted 105 players to enter the final table. Jason Younger won the title by defeating Brandon Held from Fernley in the final hand and secured first rank as well as prize money worth $7,129.


As of 2008, Jason Younger has made a total of $40,199 in poker by winning various tournaments.
