About Jason Juberg
Though he loves to travel, Jason Juberg, an executive in the financial industry, has lived and worked in the state of Michigan for his entire adult life. He attended school at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in business and marketing in 1995. The following year, Jason Juberg founded a company, New Fidelity, in neighboring Portage, Michigan. As President of New Fidelity, Jason Juberg heads a financial consulting firm that advises its clients on the purchase and sale of insurance, annuities, and other opportunities. Mr. Juberg has since relocated his company, New Fidelity, 46 miles north to Grand Rapids.
Jason Juberg enjoys living in one of the finest condominium developments in downtown Grand Rapids. Union Square inhabits the oldest school building in the city, a Native American Mission founded in 1825. The current structure was erected in 1872 and now features a fitness center, sun deck, clubhouse, and rooftop pool. These amenities appealed to Jason Juberg as a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast. In his teens, he played soccer and competed on the track and field team, in the mile relay, discus, and shot put. In recent years, Mr. Juberg has participated in racquetball competitions such as the 2010 Southwest Michigan Shootout sponsored by the Bronson Athletic Club in Kalamazoo.
As a child, Jason Juberg accompanied his grandparents on fishing and boat outings. He learned to water ski as a youth, and before he finished school at Western Michigan, Mr. Juberg owned his own fishing boat. Today, he likes to fish for northern pike, large- and smallmouth bass, walleye, snapper, and perch. Jason Juberg's love for kiteboarding, sparked in 2004, has since drawn him to the seas and warm winds of the Mayan Riviera in Mexico and Bahia Salinas in Costa Rica.
