Trained in global equity and debt finance, alternative investments, and international stock trading, Willem Noltes currently serves as an Investor in a proprietary stock trading partnership in Atlanta, Georgia. For the past three years, Mr. Noltes has analyzed and implemented the Firm's long-term capital allocation, the equity and options trading strategies, and completed deals involving international equity capital raises for the L.P.s and other affiliated investment partnerships. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner of Investment Realty Holdings, LLC, a real estate holding company with significant real estate holdings throughout the "Sunbelt" of the United States. In the past year, Willem Noltes has also served as Consultant/Advisor to LakePoint Development and Master Mind Capital Limited on capital raising decisions. For the LakePoint Development, Willem Noltes identified and successfully closed the gap equity capital raise on this mixed-use sports anchored complex development project located in Emerson, Georgia. The complete buildout and stabilization of the project is expected to be valued at $1 billion. As Managing Director of Master Mind Capital, Willem Noltes oversees the financial data for all of its projects and approves budgets, cost models, executive summaries, and business plans. Additionally, he acts as the Co-manager of several real estate and proprietary trading ventures between Dutch Overseas Institutional Holdings and Master Mind Capital Limited.
Prior to assuming his current roles, Willem Noltes dedicated 10 years to Wilken Capital Corp as its Managing Director and founder. To create the entity, he acquired start-up funds from European wealth management companies, banks, and other financial entities. Previously, he functioned as an Associate in the Equity Research Department for Lehman Brothers International in London and as Vice President in the Equity Capital Group of the same organization.
Willem Noltes began his career after earning his Master of Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. As a student, he focused his studies on business, civil and corporate law; economics and philosophy; and international public and private law. In his spare time, Willem Noltes enjoys shooting, golfing, and fly-fishing, and is an FAA-certified private pilot with IFR and Multi-engine ratings.
