Janet Rilatt

 

I have been described as bubbly with a great sense of humour and really love working with people from all walks of life.

I am very happily married with 2 sons and 2 step sons.

Prior to working in the personal development field, I worked in the financial sector for both banks and building societies.  A change of career lead me to various post within the voluntary sector where I still work part time as a training co-ordinator.  I realised my skills were better used working in this sector, which is very rewarding and a few years ago I decided to start up Youplus as I was being asked to deliver training to various organisations on a variety of topics including  awareness raising on self harm and rape & sexual abuse..  Since then my journey has taken me to life coaching, mentoring, training with Dawn Breslin as a confidence coach and group trainer and being awarded a licence to deliver training  on Susan Jeffers work from her world famous book Feel the Fear & Do It anyway.

I have acquired numerous qualifiactions relating to personal development over the last few years and my particular passion is to help people unlock their potential, raise their aspirations and generally lead a more fulfilling life.
