____________________________________________________________________________Summary:
As a Business Analyst for the last 5 years with JPMorgan Chase, my main areas of concentration were the gathering of critical business requirements and producing technical specifications for large scale projects. In this role, I orchestrated precise end to end designs which consistently surpassed expectations. The past year was extremely challenging since I worked on a project to convert and migrate all the Investment Bank's Business Units to a new change management system and platform. This project was successfully completed and the legacy systems were successfully retired.
In this role I was also responsible for performing gap analysis, coordinating and executing QA testing which included bug tracking and remediation, performing data mapping for system conversions, developing workflow design diagrams for the application development team, coordinating regression testing, creating and maintaining client documentation and providing subject matter expertise, training and guidance to less experienced staff members and other users of the system.
Prior to my current position as a Business Analyst, I was outsourced to Computer Sciences Corporation as a Project Manager for 8 years working on the JPMorgan account. I was originally hired at JPMorgan in 1986 where I held the position of System Analyst for 10 years. This role involved reviewing system architectures and providing solutions to complex issues with design and workflow.

J.P. MORGAN CHASE, Jersey City, NJ 2004 to 2009
Business Analyst
During this period, I held a position of Associate Officer in the Investment Bank. Responsible for gathering business requirements for large scale projects, producing technical specifications for application development teams, managing overall project lifecycles and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.
Influential part of a project team charged with designing a new global reporting data base consisting of Change, Problem and Incident records. The objective was to consolidate several systems into a single, integrated repository. This effort culminated in the retirement of multiple, disparate reporting applications which in turn resulted in a large monetary savings to the firm.
Maintained and tracked project deliverables for system upgrades, enhancements and rollouts to Production. This encompassed ensuring that mandated business unit requirements took first priority over technology maintenance activities. The Bank underwent a key audit whose success was credited to the stringent policies that were implemented as a result of this project.
COMPUTER SCIENCE CORP. Jersey City, NJ 1996 to 2004

During my outsourced years at CSC, my primary responsibility was to project manage the development of the Y2K data center at Bankers Trust. Tasks included installation of servers, mainframes and networks in addition to controlling inventory of hardware and producing status reports to CSC Senior Management. All was successfully completed in preparation for the date change.
Additional responsibilities included managing the change control process for JPMC. Tasks consisted of scripting technical specifications for system enhancements based on the client's requests. Maintained the documentation for system design and provided daily analysis and maintenance.

During this time period worked on several major projects. Just to highlight some of the major accomplishments, relocating the JPMC data centers, including moving the infrastructure and setting up remote processing centers.
