In his career as an executive in the healthcare financial and operational consulting field, James Springfield has achieved numerous accomplishments. He earned the title of Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), an association which also granted him the Robert S. Hudgens Memorial Award for Young Healthcare Executive of the Year, in 2004. James Springfield also received the honor of this association’s Early Career Healthcare Executive Regent's Award in 1996. The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) later named James Springfield an ACHE Emerging Leader. A dedicated member of his community, James Springfield spends a lot of his time contributing to service organizations and getting involved with local charities. He served the Greater Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Harlingen Economic Development Corporation Board, for which he acted as a member and Chairman. James Springfield has maintained a devotion to helping others throughout his career and personal life. Currently, James Springfield serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of JGS Advisory Services, LLC., which is based in Missouri City, Texas. He has worked with this company since 2008 and helped to accomplish many transformations for clients. As President and CEO, his duties include operational and financial management of JGS Advisory Services, oversight of business development strategies, and creation of strategic programs and services for the company’s various clients. James Springfield previously worked in several other capacities with healthcare organizations, including a role as the Chief Operating Officer of the Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. James Springfield’s professional acumen and level of commitment to his career have earned him many opportunities to effect positive changes in the healthcare management industry.
