About James Osborne
Following graduation from university, with a combined honours degree in languages, James spent a number of years overseas delivering competency based coaching and actioned-centered training programs, before setting up home in Sydney, Australia in 1997.
During his time in Sydney, James was responsible for the development and management of a number of sales and consulting teams in Australia, ultimately resulting in a post as General Manager within one of the largest HR service providers in the Southern Hemisphere.
Since his return to England in 2003, James has worked as an external consultant and trainer for a number of major UK and international organisations, ultimately resulting in the creation of Innergy Ltd. (www.innergy.co.uk) and InnergyTV Ltd. (www.innergy.tv), working with companies to increase their productivity, improve their performance enable them to change through a tailored blend of consultancy, training and recruitment services.
James’ extensive knowledge and experience in the recruitment and HR sector, combined with his skills as a business coach , motivational speaker and organisational consultant, enables him to work collaboratively with organisations of all sectors, to develop and implement effective programs of innovation, development and change within their businesses.
He was recently finalist in the Sales Trainer of the Year category and the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards, sponsored by the Institue of Sales and Marketing Management, and his leadership program, the Extraordinary Leaders Program (ELP) is a double award winning program.

The Forever TJ Tribute Fund was set up in loving memory of Toby James (TJ) Osborne, in partnership with the Royal United Hospital (RUH)’s Forever Friends Appeal (charity number 1058323) in Bath, England.
Dedicated to the development of the RUH’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit, all monies raised by the Fund go directly to support the work of its 44 staff, as well as provide much needed medical equipment for the many newly born babies that pass through the unit each week.
