His passion for developing people and Information Technology keeps the company focused on researching, developing, the company's web-based learning management system and assessment tools. James's expertise has been forged over 29 years, learning his trade at Hewlett-Packard before striking out on his own to successfully design IT Training workshops for business analysts and programmers. Spotting the changes in training culture, James put his mind in developing user-friendly software tools that would help training providers deliver the skills, attitude and performance changes according to their organisation's needs and demonstrate their success in implementing those changes.
