About James Fendt
JJames Fendt of Queens, New York, maintains fast-paced career in the New York City construction industry, but he makes time for personal pursuits, as well. James Fendt likes to travel the world to scuba dive and has visited the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, the Indian Ocean, Cozumel, and Cabo San Lucas for adventures in the sport. James Fendt has also experienced great white shark cage dives in South Africa and manta diving in Hawaii. He holds PADI advanced open water and rescue diver certification. In addition, James Fendt enjoys golf, and he has visited links on five different continents and won two Lexus National Championships at Pebble Beach, home to a legendary golf course. He competes in triathlons and collects exotic cars, including the Mercedes Brabus models. James Fendt also enjoys skydiving, bungee jumping, biking, and skiing, and enjoys upland bird hunting. In addition, he acts as a board member and majority owner of Fleet Aviation, an on-demand charter service that flies clients within 500 miles of the Boston and Greater New York City Areas. James Fendt remains proud of the company’s perfect safety record, and maintains a fleet of 10 aircraft and 6 pilots. James Fendt serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of A&F Commercial Builders LLC, a New York construction company that surpassed $1 billion in lifetime sales in 2010. He also functions as President and Chief Executive Officer of OCS Builders Group of New Jersey, a firm recently named a Fastest Growing New Jersey Company by NJBIZ.com. Furthermore, James Fendt contributes as a Vice President and Managing Member of BAF Management LLC, a real estate company he advises by sitting in on weekly board meetings and guiding corporate decisions. He participates on the Board of Directors and owns a majority share of Selecto Perfecto LLC, a Blauvelt, New York-based distributor of general merchandise. He assists the firm with oversight of strategic planning and new growth opportunities. Furthermore, James Fendt belongs to professional organizations, which keeps him current in his field. He holds membership in the Associated General Contractors of America and the Associated Contractors of New York State.
