About Jacquelyn Plagesse

Jacquelyn Plagesse is an accomplished professional who also supports her community. Jacquelyn Plagesse joined Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals in Richmond, Virginia, in 2006 as a Clinical Liaison. She has consistently performed at an impressive pace, doubling sales revenue within her first year at the firm. She also increased sales from $200,000 to $1.8 million in just four years, which brought her assigned territory from last to first place.

Plagesse's primary mission for the global pharmaceutical manufacturer is to consult with health care professionals and educate them on the benefits of Suboxone and Subutex, which are used for the treatment of opioid dependence. Through such methods as one-on-one meetings, educational roundtables, lectures, and teleconferences, Jacquelyn Plagesse creates awareness of these treatments and their applications, as well as the importance of patient access to them. As a result, sales of Suboxone and Subutex have increased, and patients have another treatment to choose as they work to stay clean.

Competition and achievement extend to other parts of Jacquelyn Plagesse's busy life as well. A swimmer since age six, she has broken several records that remain to this day. By age 11, she ranked first in her state and 11th in the nation, and by age 12, she was training for the 1996 Olympics with an Olympic swim coach.

A supporter of animal rights, children, and the environment, Jacquelyn Plagesse devotes much of her time giving back. She volunteers at an area soup kitchen and at the local animal shelter. She has done much to better her community and the world through her memberships in People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), Save the Children, World Wildlife Fund, NAVS (The National Anti-Vivisection Society), and the Environmental Defense Fund. She also supports the Connecticut Humane Society and The Humane Society of the United States, and she has worked as a respite provider for children with autism.
