Jacky Tustain, a professional Life Coach, provides face to face life coaching services to individuals and groups within the Basingstoke, Hampshire area.
Her simple, positive and practical approach to life's problems is refreshing and easy to absorb. Helping others to look at their lives from a new viewpoint, removing the obstacles put in the way to success and happiness Jacky enables her clients to redefine themselves, find an inner confidence and optimism and to lighten themselves from the baggage that weighs them down.
This empathy stems from the founder's personal experiences. As well as being a trained Life Coach Jacky's real life experiences as a very busy working mother of four sons aged from baby to teenager has given her the real training, experience and skills needed to survive in this hectic world of many demands on time and personal resources. This also included going on her own personal development journey, learning to accept change and adapting herself to various difficulties that occurred during her life.
Prior to forming BeCanDo Jacky spent many years in a corporate environment working with people, solving problems and managing and completing projects.This gave her a good grounding in personal organisation, time management, goal setting and completion. Jacky is passionate about personal development as she is a great believer in 'practise what you preach' and ensures that BeCanDo only provides the best that life coaching can offer to its clients.
