Jackie Turner - Professional Summary:     I have worked at the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Trust for 22 years.  Initially I was an Admissions Clerk for several years.  This involved recording the admissions and discharges of all the Patients.  It was done on Paper, then computers were bought in shortly after I started.  I stayed in the same Department, but got promoted to Admission / Waitng List Supervisor.  This involved managing the waiting lists for all the consultants at Maidstone Hospital.  I was still involved with Admissions and discharges.  In 2004 I changed Job Role to Data Quality Analyst which involves using websites to check Patient's details against.  There Primary Care Trusts sometimes dispute payment due to a Patient's details being different.  I have to investigate what is the correct information.  This can involve looking at the websites, Patient Administration System, Interface Systems and Patient's case notes.  It mainly correcting Patient's records with incorrect or missing information.  I do still get involved with correcting Admission and discharge details.  Occasionally I have to get new born babies to come across the Maternity Interface to the Patient Administation System.  My job involves alot of problem solving.
