About Jack Boyajian
Jack Boyajian’s successful real estate career began with exceptional academic performance. Mr. Boyajian attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution. While there, Boyajian majored in Finance, International Business, and Decision Sciences. Displaying a solid work ethic, Boyajian graduated with honors from the Wharton. Mid-career, Mr. Boyajian continued his education at the Rutgers School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctor.
Currently, Jack Boyajian is President of two real estate companies, The Hutton Group and Que-Mont Developers, Inc. The Hutton Group focuses on converting cooperatives to condominiums, a niche in which Mr. Boyajian has been a market leader for decades. As a leader in the conversion of co-ops to condos, Mr. Boyajian frequently delivers speeches and writes articles on the topic. With Que-Mont Developers, Mr. Boyajian’s real estate development projects include residential sub-divisions, luxury single-family homes, multi-unit luxury towers, and hotel and vacation properties.
An experienced real estate professional, Jack Boyajian has been a member of a number of industry groups. These include the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Community Association Institute. Mr. Boyajian has also carried memberships in the American Bar Association, the CEO Club of America, the Wharton Alumni Club, and the New Jersey Builders Association.
When not managing his many projects, Jack Boyajian enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and an extended family. He also enjoys reading the works of Khalil Gibran and Mark Twain. Mr. Boyajian’s other leisure time activities include cooking and traveling. Mr. Boyajian and his family contribute to the Armenian Missionary Association of America and the March of Dimes Foundation and volunteer at the PERC Shelter in Union City, New Jersey, a homeless shelter and soup kitchen.
