In charge of all technical and call centre operation, acting as line manager to a team of 50 strong who reported to me.Accomplishments included the sole technical responsibility for the migration of acquired companies, the launching of a broadband service and the consolidation of two technical platforms, which resulted in cost saving of over £1M per annum.

Responsible for transition of two call centres to an offshore-outsourced call centre resulting in cost savings of £700K per annum. Actively participated in re-negotiating deals with major Telco providers.
