Staffed by licensed and experienced industry professionals, IC Talent offers instruction in cold reading, auditions, and improvisation, always emphasizing the importance of professionalism. Hollywood casting agents routinely recruit IC Talent graduates, granting work that includes national campaigns for eBay, Disney, and Time Warner. Helene Goldnadel brings more than 10 years of experience as an agent to her position as CEO of IC Talent. Before founding IC Talent, Helene Goldnadel worked throughout New York as a freelance agent. Helene Goldnadel represented talented individuals with the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (AFTRA). Helene Goldnadel also recently completed production on a pilot project, Not Quite Right, featuring a number of IC Talent graduates.

IC Talent: Children's Courses

IC Talent offers courses to children accepted into its program engineered to give them the skills necessary to perform for the camera with valuable and timeless acting skills. Once children have mastered these basic skills, they will be able to adapt their performances and impress those in the entertainment industry looking for the next young star. While IC Talent enjoys watching its students grow as actors and actresses, showing command of more advanced acting theories and skill sets, it is also dedicated to providing for the growth of it's children at the social and communicative level. IC Talent does not simply offer acting classes, it also offers comprehensive life training that sets its children up for continued success. For example, IC Talent will work with a timid child to instill the confidence and self-assurance needed to not only perform the role of a self-assertive and motivated character, but to also be self-assertive and motivated in his or her own life. On the other hand, IC Talent also teaches children to harness their energy and abilities and save them for performances, giving them the tools needed to deliver a breathtaking audition and secure those key roles on the path to stardom. The students at IC Talent are also taught positive affirmation and instructed to envision themselves in the place they wish to be in the future.
