Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for the San Francisco-based BCCI Construction Company, Hisham Mushasha manages the financial operations and budget planning process of one of the Bay Area’s most respected commercial builders. Before joining BCCI, PepsiCo. Inc., the global food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, called on Hisham Mushasha to introduce its snacking brands to the United Arab Emirates. His success in this endeavor included winning 40 percent of the market share during the first year. During his time at the company, Hisham Mushasha also acted as the Director of Strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Opening up new business opportunities for PepsiCo. required Hisham Mushasha to carefully analyze markets and customer proclivity for the company’s products while working closely with governmental officials and business leaders at all levels to ensure success. Prior to working for PepsiCo., Hisham Mushasha served as the Group Manager of Forecasting and Treasury for a $2B Procter & Gamble subsidiary. In this managerial role, Hisham Mushasha worked with the company’s research and development department on feasibility studies for product upgrades, was responsible for the company’s budgeting process and financial consolidations and managed the company’s banking relationships as well as the foreign currency hedging. Hisham Mushasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The U.S. International University in London; and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
