Gretchen Faber

As the Managing Broker at the Kentwood Company’s Cherry Creek office, Gretchen Faber coordinates residential real estate sales and manages the company office in Denver, Colorado. Gretchen Faber was a founding Broker Associate of the Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, which is the largest independently owned, non-franchise real estate firm in the metro Denver area. Accordingly, her work with Denver-area lenders, sellers, and buyers over the past 16 years earned Gretchen Faber the title of “Realtor of the Year” by the Denver Board of REALTORS in 2009. The brokers at the Kentwood Company boasts the top real estate sales volume per agent in the U.S., and the Kentwood Company was recently included in the National Association of REALTORS‘ list of the top 100 brokerages in America.

 

When Gretchen Faber relocated to Colorado from California in 1982, she enrolled at the University of Denver to study public affairs and international studies. After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree, Gretchen Faber began taking graduate-level courses at the University of Denver and soon obtained her Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Gretchen Faber taught as an Adjunct Instructor for the Community College of Denver for the next few years, and she became a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado in 1996. In two years' time, Gretchen Faber became a founding Broker Associate of the esteemed Kentwood Company office in Cherry Creek. Passionate about supporting her community, Gretchen Faber charitably supports the American Cancer Society, the Food Bank of the Rockies, and The Women’s Foundation of Colorado.

 

Her past community service efforts include The Children’s Hospital’s Silent Auction Committee and the Junior League of Denver. Currently, Gretchen Faber is helping the local Denver chapter of the National Kidney Foundation plan their Great Chefs of the West event as a member of the sponsorship committee. Gretchen Faber enjoys spinning, skiing, and walking the dog, and she likes to read for pleasure.
