Gregg Routhier - Professional Summary:     SAS Institute’s Senior Consulting Manager Gregg Routhier has 15 years of experience in service and management positions in the information technology industry. In addition to his technical knowledge of business analytics software, Gregg Routhier also has a successful history of managing employees and handling customer relations. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College in Computer Science, Gregg Routhier joined Datavantage Corporation as the company’s Systems Operations Manager. At Datavantage, he managed eight Implementation Specialists, delegating work responsibilities for technical troubleshooting. Gregg Routhier then joined SAS Institute as a Technical Consultant, where he served clients on-site as the primary information technology (IT) contact for system implementation. Applying the lessons he learned in the field, and cooperating with other departments in the company, Gregg Routhier streamlined operations to reduce implementation costs by 40 percent.
