Seasoned entrepreneur Granger Whitelaw serves in an advisory capacity at Social Media 123-4 in New York. The public relations, marketing, and corporate-development company specializes in leveraging social media to brand and drive business. Through a network of publishers, bloggers, social sites, and other platforms, Granger Whitelaw and his colleagues create and manage content for small businesses and major corporations, acting as an in-house social media department. The firm also offers à la carte services, including search-engine optimization (SEO), event promotion, online marketing, and stock and financial posting. Prior to joining Social Media 123-4, Granger Whitelaw acted as Managing Director of venture capital and consulting firm BlueCar Partners, LLC, in New York. He also co-founded Rocket Racing League, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. The latter company endeavors to mount a league consisting of rocket-powered aircraft racing on a closed-circuit air track, a process dubbed “NASCAR with rockets.” In this enterprise, Mr. Whitelaw handled overall operations, marketing, finance, acquisitions, and related duties.

In other employment pursuits, Granger Whitelaw became a Partner in Angers—Whitelaw & Company and Chief Executive Officer of e-commerce firm EOCnet.com. He also founded Whitelaw Racing, Inc., where he partnered with Indy Car teams, sponsored races, and provided marketing assistance. At CoreCommerce, a provider of e-commerce services such as domain names, SEO, integration, and credit card processing, Mr. Whitelaw served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. 

A devout Christian and devoted family man, Granger Whitelaw shares his entrepreneurial and religious passions with a dedication to outdoor sports, including auto racing, skiing, sailing, and hunting. He also enjoys playing tennis, squash, golf, and soccer, as well as flying. In philanthropic pursuits, Mr. Whitelaw supported the development of the AMBER Alert website and assists Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf and the Homeless Foundation of America. A U.S. Army veteran, he studied international trade and marketing at the University of Minnesota.
