Graham Goodkin - Professional Summary:
Graham Goodkin holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management, where he focused his studies in finance. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant for corporate finance and economic analysis courses. His undergraduate studies were completed at Columbia University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a concentration in Economics. At Columbia, Mr. Goodkin was the recipient of the Silver Crown Award, given for exemplary service to the community. Graham Goodkin was also elected by classmates to serve as Senior Marshall and served on the staff of the school’s newspaper as Publisher and Editor of Spectacle, its weekly arts and entertainment section.
Over the course of the past eight years, Mr. Goodkin has executed numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions for clients across multiple industries. As part of Société Général's gaming, lodging, and leisure group, Graham Goodkin worked with U.S. and European clients on transactions in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. At Bear Stearns, he continued to work with gaming and lodging clients, but also developed a focus on M&A across multiple sectors.
Between 2008 and 2009, Mr. Goodkin served as an independent advisor to multiple clients, including a casino resort development company and ski resort operator. In 2010, he joined Cantor Fitzgerald, LP, as a Vice President in the M&A and restructuring group and was subsequently promoted to Director. Prior to business school, Mr. Goodkin worked in operations and finance at News America Marketing, a subsidiary of News Corporation.
