Providing consistent, quality results to a varied customer base, Quality Manufacturing provides services for both Fortune 500 companies and small distributors, such as containers and packaging for breath sprays, vitamins and other pharmaceuticals, and spices. With Gordon Carvell at the helm, Quality Manufacturing is entering its 12th year in business, and continuing to expand despite recent economic dips in manufacturing. It continues to provide customers with state-of-the-art products, and a skilled staff of 50 employees, working 3 daily shifts, 5 days a week. Quality Manufacturing’s facilities include 13 injection molding presses ranging in size from 28 tons to 610 tons, utilizing robotics as well as hand inserts. Its production lines have provided Canada and the world with equipment and supplies like bottles and jars, packaging, and plastic fabricated materials. Gordon Carvell’s company continues to provide top-of-the-line service to safety supply companies, the health care and dental industries, and militaries. Committed to exceeding the customer’s expectations for production, budget, and deadline, Quality Manufacturing remains ahead of other manufactures due in large part to Gordon Carvell’s leadership, skill, and perseverance.
