For nearly 30 years, Glenn Pape—author, noted speaker, and business and professional leader—applied his business, tax, investment, and financial knowledge with extensive financial planning education experience to the benefit of a number of firms and over 100,000 employees. Pursuing a comprehensive education, Glenn Pape enrolled at the University of Chicago and studied classics to receive his Bachelor of Arts. Glenn Pape then attended DePaul University's College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor. To round out his education, Glenn Pape studied at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and focused on finance and statistics leading to his graduation with a Master of Business Administration degree. Entering the job market, Glenn Pape took on a management position at Arthur Andersen LLP. After a strong tenure at Arthur Andersen, Glenn Pape accepted a position with The Ayco Company, L.P. as a Vice President. Since its establishment, Ayco has sought out individuals such as Glenn Pape who are capable of providing thorough financial consultations to executives and employees at all types of companies. Formed in 1971 by William Aydelotte and James Conway, The Ayco Company, L.P. was created to advise entrepreneurs and executives on financial matters such as those pertaining to estates, risk management, and income taxes. Following eight years at Ayco, Glenn Pape's expertise and nationwide reputation by both clients and the press was recognized by Ernst & Young. Glenn Pape was Ernst & Young's national director of employee financial planning education services, which grew enormously under his leadership. As a Partner and West Zone Human Capital leader, Glenn Pape contributed much to the company's reputation as an expert in advisory services, taxes, assurances, and strategic growth. Glenn Pape retired from Ernst & Young in 2005.
