Glenn Cozen is a professional poker player, who lives in Pasadena, California, the United States of America. The first notable result in his career was his thirteenth-place finish in Event 15 No-Limit Hold’em at the 22nd Annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) in May 1991 which earned him $4,170. Two years later, in May 1993, Glenn Cozen took the poker world by storm with his performances at the 24th Annual WSOP. On May 1, 1993 he finished third at the final table and earned a decent $19,350 in Event 12 Limit Razz. He soon followed it up with another impressive show on May 10, 1993, to finish as the runner-up in Event 21 No-Limit Hold’em at that edition of the Annual WSOP World Championship. In this event, which was held at the Binion's Gambling Hall and had an original field of 231 players, Glenn Cozen bagged an incredible amount of $420,000 in prize money. The following year, in April, he made it to the final table in Event 8 Pot-Limit Omaha at the 25th Annual WSOP and collected $3,780 by finishing ninth.
Though Glenn Cozen disappeared from the poker scene for a few years, he was back in the limelight in 2001. In August that year, Glenn Cozen secured sixth place in Event 29 Limit Hold’em and Seven Card Stud at the Legends of Poker World Poker Tour (WPT) Season 3 and bagged $9,045. Two months later, he came fourth in the No-Limit Hold’em event at the National Championship of Poker and took home $15,515. The same month, on October 30, Glenn Cozen finished as the runner-up in the Limit Hold’em event at the National Championship of Poker and added another $6,065 to his bankroll.
The Pot-Limit Omaha event at the Five-Diamond World Poker Classic II – WPT Event Season 3 on December 8, 2004 marked a landmark in his career when Glenn Cozen outlasted an original field of 109 players to emerge as the winner. He walked away with a handsome amount of $105,729 in prize money in this event, which had a prize pool of $264,325. The following year, in February, Glenn Cozen finished sixth in the No-Limit Hold’em event at the LA Poker Classic – WPT Event Season 3, taking home $12,052. In September, Glenn Cozen again came sixth in the No-Limit Hold’em Championship at the California State Poker Championship, this time winning a good sum of $36,325.
Two years later, in February 2007, Glenn Cozen made an impressive fourth-place finish in Event 22 Limit Hold’em at the LA Poker Classic – WPT Event Season 5, collecting $15,280 in the process. The following month, Glenn Cozen secured third place among 45 players, who took part in the Omaha Hi/Lo event at the Winnin’ O’ the Green Tournament, and got $6,750.
His Player of the Year (POY) rank in 2007 was 1905, while his POY winnings were $25,245. With twenty cashes and one first-place finish to his credit, his total tournament earnings add up to $740,663.
