Glen Little is an English footballer born on October 15, 1975 in Wimbledon. Glen Little, who plays in the right-midfield position, is famous for his running at defenders and crossing ability.


Glen Little kicked off his football career at Crystal Palace in 1994, and then moved onto the Northern Irish football club, Glentoran. He was regarded as the best footballer to play in the Irish League in the 1990s, and his outstanding goal was instrumental in the club’s win over the 1996 Irish Cup. 

Glen Little switched to Burnley in 1996, and played a vital role for the club during his long term association. He scored an unforgettable goal against Bristol Rovers in Burnley's 1999–2000 Division two promotion season. Glen Little played a crucial role for the team as a substitute in their win over Tottenham Hotspur in the 2002 League Cup campaign. During his tenure with the club, he made 246 league appearances scoring 32 goals.  

Glen Little was loaned out to the Berkshire club, Reading FC, in April 2003, and in September of the same year, he went on loan to Bolton Wanderers. At his Premiership debut for the Trotters against Wolverhampton Wanderers, he assisted Kevin Davies to score the equalising goal. 

Glen Little joined Reading FC in 2004, scoring five goals and 14 assists, which were instrumental in the club’s promotion to the Premier League at the end of the 2005–06 season. He extended his contract with Reading for a year on November 27, 2006. Glen Little was nicknamed "Blakey" by his Reading fans, and represented the club in 103 matches during his tenure.
 

 Glen Little signed a one year deal with Portsmouth on June 20, 2008 for an undisclosed fee.
